Event Publicity Submission

We want your event to be successful! Carefully read and follow the instructions below.

  1. Plan ahead. For best results, fill out your submission 6 weeks prior to the starting date of your event.
  2. Read through the form and have all information ready before you begin. If this is a Zoom event, be sure to have your event set up in Zoom before your fill out this form. We will include the link in the auto-reply that goes out to each registrant.
  3. Incomplete submissions will be sent back to the staff person overseeing the event. We cannot list or promote your event unless we have all the information needed.

 

Please take note of the required fields (those marked with *). All of this information is required for the form to go through! As confirmation, look for a message that states: "Thank you! Your submission has been received."

If you have items for your event that you want registrants to sign up for, enter them here. Include any costs. These additional costs will be automatically added to the person's registration cost.

If you offer any discounts (Ex. group, early bird, special code, total cost cap), please explain in detail below, including any dates when discounts will end.
