This first conversation, they’re asking: Are we too far gone? They look toward at Isaiah 24:4-6 and Mark 16:1-4 – two scriptures that evoke a sense of fear, which many of us currently feel when seeing the state of the world when it comes to the environment and climate change.
It’s a challenging conversation and digital Bible Study that includes:
- The need to look at climate change at the micro and macro level
- The mindfulness needed in our everyday actions so we can help replenish the planet
- How to proceed in the darkest of days to honor scriptural mandates the best way we know how
- What the scripture says about creation care and environmentalism
- The connection between environmental justice, social justice, and the Gospel
