Welcome to attend our first informational meeting and learn more about the planned trip to the Oberammergau Passion Play (5/24 to 6/4, 2022) led by Rev. Trudy.

For nearly four centuries the Passion Play of Oberammergau, a moving narrative of Christ’s final Passion, has inspired millions of Christians worldwide. The chance to attend the Play is the dream of a lifetime—one that can only be fulfilled once every ten years.

The tragic events of the past year have brought us closer to what the villagers of Oberammergau experienced in 1633 and promises to make the 42nd Passion Play in 2022 the most memorable and dramatic ever.

The Passion Play is more than a play. The story of Oberammergau is an incredible story of faith and a covenant made with God almost 400 years ago. It's a story of a people who honor the vows made by their ancestors and unite as a village to put forth an incredible display of the love of Our Lord. With performances once every ten years, this is an opportunity you don't want to miss!

NAWAS has been a leader in group travel since 1949. Sami Nawas, has sent tens of thousands of people to the Play, and has spent many months coordinating and developing health and safety measures with their overseas offices to get ready for return to travel.

The full trip includes starting in Berlin, seeing the beautiful Old-world city of Prague and the charming, medieval Ĉeský Krumlov. On to Vienna with the richness of its imperial history and the baroque city of Salzburg with its musical heritage before we experience the legendary Passion Play of Oberammergau. We end our tour in Munich, capital of Bavaria.
