Kids First Family Students Sunday School
Calling all Kids and Youth: Join your friends to grow your faith and have fun on Sunday mornings while preparing for our annual Christmas Pageant!
Kids & Teens (grades K-12 start with families in the Sanctuary for our Traditional Worship service, then leave with the Sunday School teachers immediately after "A Time With Children". They'll work with Ms. Dana and Ms. Jill to prepare for our annual Christmas Pageant, where we provide a retelling of the Nativity story. The pageant takes place on Christmas Eve (December 24).
We have room in the pageant for singers, costumed actors (no spoken lines!), readers, and more. College students are also invited to be readers.
Here's what we have planned:
- 9:15-10 AM - Christmas Pageant Rehearsal: All kids & teens during Sunday School time in The Cove
- 10-10:45 AM - Angel Choir Rehearsal: All kids & teens who want to sing
- 11-11:45 AM - Chimes Rehearsal: All middle & high school youth who want to ring chimes in the pageant
In addition to the regular Sunday morning practices, we'll have a dress rehearsal on Wed. Dec. 23 at 10AM-12PM in the Sanctuary. The pageant is at 5 PM on Dec. 24 and all participants have a 3:30 PM call time.
Parents: You can pick up your kids from The Middle School in The Cove (located in the UM Building) at designated end time. Please be sure to register them for our free music programming!
