Garrett Doss-Ganucheau

Garrett brings more than 19 years of experience in financial services, business development, and community partnerships to First Church. He is passionate about building relationships and connecting generosity to the life-changing work of the church.

Garrett joins First Church from Axos Bank, where he served as AVP, Business Development Officer. Prior to that, he spent over a decade at EFCU Financial, leading community partnerships, outreach initiatives, sales, and financial wellness efforts during a period of significant organizational growth.

Originally from the Greater New Orleans area, Garrett holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of New Orleans. He has also served in leadership roles with community, church, and nonprofit organizations, including the Ascension Chamber of Commerce and the EFCU Financial Foundation. He was also licensed to preach at Trinity African Methodist Episcopal Church in Gonzales, Louisiana in September 2021.

Garrett is excited to help cultivate an expanding culture of stewardship that supports the mission and ministry of First Church.
