Join Rev. Jessica for a discussion-based Bible Study this Advent via Zoom. Inspired by the book "While We Wait: Living the Questions of Advent" By Mary Lou Redding, we will look at a variety of questions asked by biblical characters connected to the Advent season. This study will provide both familiar passages, new perspectives, and an opportunity to connect with one's own faith questions, trusting that Advent and always, God is reaching out to us with grace.

Polar Express Movie Night

5:30 - 7:30 PM |  Mission Valley campus/Linder Patio  More details

Students 1st teens host children (preK – grade 5) for an evening of fun, fellowship and a Christmas movie favorite, Polar Express, allowing parents to enjoy a night out or just a break. Outdoors on the patio, BYO blanket or sleeping bag, snacks, and masks are a must.

Arrive 15 minutes early for an extended organ prelude, then experience the Christmas story through choral Music by the Jubilee Singers. Congregational singing and inspiring message. End the service with candle lighting and singing of Silent Night. Childcare  available for infants through pre-school

Celebrate the Christmas story with family and friends. Christmas carols, a story-time for kids of all ages, candle lighting as we sing Silent Night. Afterwards enjoy coffee and hot cocoa outside in the courtyard.
