The Ministry of Music
The Ministry of Music, through its adult, children’s, and youth choirs, as well as the Water's Edge music team, is an integral part of the worship and discipleship ministry of First United Methodist Church. The ministry also sponsors the popular Cultural Events Music Series community concerts and guest performances by nationally recognized artists and groups.

Pipe Organs at First Church
Since the beginning in 1869, First Church has valued music in its worship and in our Sanctuary you can enjoy great concerts from the largest pipe organ in San Diego County.
The Trotter Chapel Organ is our newest addition of pipe organs and is located in the Trotter Chapel, a smaller venue with an excellent accoustic.
