• assist families with the Food Stamp application process
• tutor children from SPIN families at our church on Saturday mornings
• help students with their reading skills at Cherokee and Euclid elementary schools
• purchase and help distribute shoes, uniforms, and health necessities to students at six area schools
• mentor teen moms and children of incarcerated parents, and tutor refugee students
• cook and serve hundreds of meals to the neighbors of Normal Heights United Methodist Church once a month.
